Where are you located?

My office is located at Lavender House, 78 West Street Toowoomba. The office is wheelchair accessible. Free parking is available on site behind the building.

Do you offer Medicare rebates?

At this time no Medicare rebates are available. 

Do I need a referral?

No! You are able to self refer directly to Jess by email, via the contact form on this website, or by phoning 0449 910 271

How do I pay for my appointment?

At the time of booking an initial session you will receive an introductory email outlining the practice policies, including payment information. Payment is currently preferred via direct deposit prior to, or at the time of your appointment. 

What do I do if I can’t come to my appointment?

Please provide as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend - 48 hours is appreciated so that your appointment time can be offered to somebody else. I understand that life happens and sickness is unavoidable so there may be times that you are unable to provide a full 48 hours notice - Telehealth appointments may be available as an alternative.
