Meet Jess.

As a therapist, my aim is to provide a warm, compassionate, and safe place where you will have an opportunity to tell your story. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and find it a privilege to be invited to walk alongside children, teens, parents, and families as they navigate the ups and downs of life. I have crafted my therapeutic approach over 10 years of working in the mental health sector.

I have a special interest in working with the impacts of trauma and attachment disruption, and I have undertaken additional training to work effectively with relational trauma. I integrate systemic family therapy with current knowledge of the neurobiology of trauma to provide a safe and healing space for you.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, travelling, visiting markets, and playing with my two energetic dogs.

If you’d like to see if we’re a good fit, I offer a free 10-minute phone call to discuss your support needs before you book an appointment.
